The Afghan Finance Ministry signed three contracts with the World Bank. According to reports, the value of this contract is 691 million dollars and the main purpose of this grant is to increase the access of citizens to health-care services, Modernization of the state-owned banking system, connectivity of telecommunication technology infrastructure, The development of state-owned services is based on the use of electric government management and the creation of appropriate conditions for investment in private sectors.

The Ministry of Finance has also announced that it will fund the package without repaying three programs which enhances the quality of health services throughout the country, Support for the Casa 1000 project and the revitalization of the state-owned bank system.
