Warning of increasing cancer to 18.1 million cases in the world
Recent studies on cancer statistics show that this phenomenon is rising rapidly among the citizens of the world. According to the latest global survey this year, this figure will reach to 18.1 million cases worldwide, of which 9.6 million people are dying this year on behalf of cancer disease.
It was estimated in 2012 that the mortality rate was 15 million, of which 8.2 million people died out, a factor aggravated by the aging population of the world. Recent studies show that one-fifth of men and one in six women suffer from the disease during their lifetime. Researchers have shown that although ways to collect and measure cancer data have improved, the overall trend of cancer and death from the disease suggests that this phenomenon is growing year on year.
