Bernie Sanders wins New Hampshire Democratic primary elections
Bernie Sanders has surpassed his predecessors in the second round of the Democratic primary race to determine the party’s final candidate in the US presidential election. The US Socialist senator, who in the first phase of the competition in Iowa, narrowly lost to Pete Budge in New Hampshire, as polls showed, garnered the most votes.
According to US media reports, more than 2 percent of the vote count indicates that Bernie Sanders has won the state by 94.5 percent. Mr. Sanders also won the Democrats’ final victory in the Democratic primary race in New Hampshire, with a 26% margin of victory over Hillary Clinton. The popular socialist and popular youth senator, defat of his competitor’s defeat in New Hampshire, described the win as “the beginning of the end of the Trump era” and said, “we will all unite to defeat the most dangerous president in contemporary American history.”
