Arif Nouri, a spokesman for Ghazni governor, told media that the evening event took place in the (Tudeh Che) district of (Abandah) district, killing four children, three women, and two men.

Mr. Nouri added that the traffic accident occurred when a passenger car collided with a gas tanker. According to him, the driver of the gas tanker escaped from the scene after the incident, which is due to the high speed and the traffic violations by the drivers of the two vehicles.

According to statistics from the Ministry of Public Health, traffic incidents in Afghanistan are more likely to be fatalities than explosions and suicide attacks.

The ministry announced on the fifth day of cancer this year that in the last six months, nearly four thousand traffic incidents across the country have resulted in the deaths of 4 people and the wounding of 6,000 others.
