35 Talib militants were killed in Paktika, including two Taliban commanders

At least 35 Taliban militants including two Taliban commanders have been killed during a military operation which was launched by National Security Forces in the Barmal district of Paktika. According to the National Directorate of Security press release, The operation was launched by NDS special forces in the villages of Mengiri, Sarzgami, and Dargi in the Barmal district.
The newsletter also added: this operation has lasted for two days, during which large amounts of ammunition and weapons were seized by the security forces. Security forces and civilians were not harmed during the operation. The newsletter also stated that these men were involved in the insecurity of the Barmal district and harassed local residents.
