Security officials in Badghis province say 42 Taliban militants have been killed as a result of airstrikes by decisive support forces in the central of Sharh Qale Naw.

Ghazni governorate’s press office said in a news release: 42 Taliban militants were killed in an air raid on a decisive support mission in Qalea Naw, the capital of the province.

The newsletter adds that the Taliban first attacked police posts in Baghak village, which was heavily attacked by support mission forces.
