7 Taliban Insurgents were killed in Kandahar

Security officials in Kandahar report on the killing of seven Taliban insurgents and the death of two soldiers.
Jamal Nasser Barakzai, the Kandahar police chief spokesman, told the media that casualties have been inflicted on both sides during this clash in Shorabak district of Kandahar, which occurred last night. Mr. Barakzai also added that “seven militants were killed and four more were injured. In addition, during the operation, two soldiers died and two other soldiers were wounded.”
Mr. Barakzai also said that this incident took place while Talib insurgents target several Police check posts in Shorabak district.
