A strategic hide out of Taliban was eliminated in Samangan province

Interior Ministry security officials announced that during a military operation a major Taliban hide out of Taliban was eliminated in Samangan province.
According to the published newsletter of interior ministry: “During a joint operation of the Police Special Forces in Samangan province, Afghan forces were able to detain 19 Taliban members and destruct a major center of the group after identifying it.” The newsletter adds: In this operation, which was launched in villages Manghar Kalan and Manghar Khord in Hazrat Sultan district of this province police was able to seize amount of ammunition and equipment’s from Taliban.
The newsletter also states: As a result of these operations, the number of Kalashnikov weapons and some amount of ammunition has fallen to hand of these forces.
