Although Afghanistan is rich in natural beauty, which could be one of the key channels to boost its income and economy, the fighting and subsequent clashes in at least 18 provinces have made tourists less interested in traveling to the land. In the most recent case, government officials said the country’s tourism industry is currently growing and the tourism industry has tripled this year.

According to the latest reports, local authorities in Badakhshan said that in the first four months of the year, more than 4,000 domestic and 240 foreign tourists have visited the country’s second national park (Wakhan) and other places of interest. Meanwhile, it is said that Bamyan, is the country’s first national park, is a sightseeing destination for domestic and foreign tourists.
