A spokesman for US forces in Afghanistan, General David Butler, reports on the fall down of a Chinook-type helicopter in Helmand province. According to this us general: “last night special operation forces of the US along with the Afghan National Army Special Forces went to Nawzad district for the purpose of launching a night operation, they arrived in Helmand’s Nawzad district last night, but due to technical reasons, the Helicopter was inevitably merged to Emergency landing, during the landing the chopper collapsed, but it did not cause any massive casualties to Afghan and US special operation forces.”

According to General David Butler, the air crash has been completely destroyed the Chinook Helicopter and two Afghan and American military man has been wounded, but their health is satisfactory. Meanwhile, an Afghan military official in eastern Afghanistan confirmed that during this incident four Afghan and two US military men were wounded.
