Abdul Rab Rasoul Sayyaf: Electoral candidates must campaign, not physical warfare

In the following days, tensions among electoral candidates have increased. In the latest incident, President Ghani, who is one of upcoming presidential elections candidate has stated that the battle has been at the forefront of Afghanistan in several years are all for power and chair. In response to this statement of Mr. Ghani, Hanif Atmar other presidential elections candidates considered the president’s quote an insult to all political leaders of Afghanistan. Now, Abdul Rab Rasoul Sayyaf says: “All electoral candidates must know that the electoral campaign is an important right for any candidate, but campaign should not be changed to physical fight or wrestling and boxing and championships for all the candidates. Because in the current situation Afghanistan is facing a narrow condition, it is not necessary to throw water into enemy mills, but campaigning should strengthen unity among Afghan citizens. ”
Abdul Rab Rasoul Sayyaf also emphasizes: “The enemy can increase the distance between people and politicians by using offensive principles. Therefore, efforts should be made to ensure that electoral campaigns are leading us to the unity and convergence of the people rather than the unity of the people, along with the need to avoid disillusionment in the peace process, we support all efforts that will lead to the deafened this land, and we will try our best to support all the efforts. ”
Mr. Sayyaf emphasizes that Afghanistan should appreciate the martyrs and sacrifice of mujahedeen because, who fight against terrorists, are Afghan forces whom are fighting against terrorism are still mujahedin and have died in the way of Allah, so that the citizens of this land are protected.
