Following the release of reports, describing the recent remarks of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on the formation of an interim government in Afghanistan has raised sharp reactions. “The determination of Afghanistan fate is responsibility and duty of the Afghan citizens of, not the responsibility of another country,” said Abdullah Abdullah, Afghan NUG Chief Executive, in response to the statements of Pakistani minister. “We do not expect any neighboring country to impose their favor on us and interfere in our internal affairs.”
These rigorous statements by Mr. Khan arise while Pakistan is claiming that Afghanistan’s peace efforts are due to their efforts. Islamabad, however, still intervenes directly in Afghanistan’s internal affairs, and even more, Pakistanis are involved in the rise of Taliban military movements in 1398.
