The Chief Executive of National unity government raised his concerns at the annual meeting of Afghan National Defense and Security Forces senior leadership and emphasized that the government should use the security forces against terrorists and that these forces should be free from political and electoral issues. Abdullah stresses that these forces should not be placed against Afghan citizens because the people of this land have voluntarily sent their sons and daughters among the ranks of Afghan troops to serve at Afghan security and defense forces in the most remote areas of the country.

The country’s executive director also called on the leadership of the country’s security forces to act away from national, ethnic and language affiliations, and these forces must show national unity in action. The second man in command of National Unity Government also continues to emphasize that the Afghan security forces are victimizing in the fight against terror every day and these victims should be praised by all Afghan men and women.
