Adela Raz: Climate and environment change are the biggest contest for Afghanistan

Adela Raz, the permanent representative of Afghanistan at the United Nations, called for the cooperation and attention of UN members to the dangers and environmental challenges of Afghanistan. Ms. Raz emphasized a High-level plenary climate for all: “Afghanistan is affected by climate and environmental change, drought, and flooding, on the other hand, has added to this challenge. At present, the Afghan government is working to address the challenges of environmental change. ”
Ms. Raz talked about climate change and droughts in Afghanistan, which caused the snow and rain throughout the year to cause most of the country’s provinces in the south and west of Afghanistan to be the witness of massive flooding, a case that caused Tens of thousands of families have been displaced in these provinces.
