Pakistani railway minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad said on Saturday that Pakistan will connect its railway to Iran, Turkey and Russia, via Afghanistan according to Pakistani media reports released yesterday.

Referring to the workers at the Mongol Pour workshop, he said, Turkey and Iran have also announced their readiness to cooperate in this direction. Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has said that Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan has mentioned this issue on his recent visit to Iran, and Iran has prepared for this virtual project.

He also announced that there are some possibilities of signing an agreement between the Pakistan prime minister and t also Iranian president in the near future on this occasion and it would be a key project to the regional countries.
