Afghanistan will sign a memorandum of strategic cooperation with Turkmenistan

The government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan will sign a strategic memorandum with Turkmenistan today. Afghan Presidential Palace spokesman said: Today, Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, in addition to his visit to Turkmenistan, has signed a strategic corporation with President Qurban Ali Berdymohammadov.
Mr. Ghani, reached Turkmenistan yesterday evening by leading a high-ranking delegation to Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. The presidential palace spokesman also said President Ghani is scheduled to address the Turkmen Foreign Ministry’s Institute for International Relations. According to the newsletter, similar memoranda of understanding and memoranda of cooperation between relevant Afghan and Turkmen officials will be signed in the presence of the presidents of both countries.
