Arrests of more than 200 people in connection with criminal crimes in Kabul

Interior Ministry says more than 200 arrested in Kabul on charges of armed robbery and criminal offenses
“This is part of a plan aimed at preventing theft in Kabul and the country’s major cities,” Interior Ministry spokesman Nusrat Rahimi told media Saturday (17 January).
Mr. Rahimi added: In the last month, 261 people have been charged with robbery, robbery, murder, kidnapping, robbery and bullying. We have only been arrested from Kabul province.
However, in the last few days, crime rates in Afghanistan, especially in the capital, have increased and citizens have raised concerns about such crimes.
