Ashraf Ghani: Afghan delegates in the Doha Summit should represent the rights of Afghan citizens

“In Qatar, you represent the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Afghan people, and you must be aware of the rights,” said President Ghani, in a meeting with 249 participants who are to travel to Doha, Qatar, and discuss talks with the Taliban. Representing children, women, and people with disabilities, families of martyrs and citizens of Afghanistan and expressing the plight of Afghans. ”
Mr. Ghani also said: “Representation of the Islamic Republic and the Afghan people is important because no one can represent the nation out of the state”.
The president stated that the Qatari summit aims to inform the Taliban of the reality of the country today and persuade the group to negotiate with the Afghan government.
