Bamyan Kohmard district head survived a bomb blast

According to reports, Mahmoud Saighani, the governor of Bamyan Kohmard district, survived a mine blast. Domestic media have reported that Mr. Saighani was suffered from this attack when a landmine exploded before his vehicle arrived at the scene, killing two miners was killed in the accident. This event did not harm anyone else.
The incident comes as the Taliban in 18 provinces of the country have increased their mobility and most of the group is trying to get government officials out of their way.
