He said that up to now dozens of potential candidates have obtained information packages from the election commission: “So far, 73 people have obtained informational packages from the Independent Election Commission (IEC), and from the first to the twelfth of this month we give informational package to candidates.”

This is while the Afghan presidential election was scheduled to take place on March 31, 2019, but the Electoral Commission, due to what is said about readiness, reform in the organization and voter list, It was postponed to 29 October 2019, a decision welcomed by the government, the United Nations and the US Embassy, but political parties and political parties have called it the explicit violation of the constitution and the election law of this country.
