Beginning the seventh round of Khalilzad trips to Afghanistan peace

Afghanistan’s special envoy to Afghanistan, Zalmay Khalilzad, wrote on his Twitter page, “There has been a lot of progress over the last month, and we will seek to accelerate the Afghan peace process, and In these talks, we will focus on two focus areas, including the region and the world for peace, and secondly, trying to finalize the framework for peace between the two sides, and we are optimistic about the progress. ”
On the other hand, the US State Department has announced the launch of a two-week-long trip by Mr. Khalizad to the countries of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Belgium, Germany, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
These visits take place during the month of Ramadan, when the number of terrorist attacks in different parts of the country has increased, most of which have occurred in the country.
