Breaking: Mahsa’s killers sentenced to 30 years in prison

In the first open court of the Mahsa killers, a six-year-old girl in Kabul city, the primary court decided to convict the perpetrators of this murder to 30 years in prison. On the basis of the second district court order: “Under Article 114 of the Afghan Penal Code, defendants are sentenced to 30 years in prison for being under age. Under Article 114 of the Penal Code, the two suspects were not sentenced to death due to the fact that the defendants had not completed the death penalty. ”
Mahsa was abducted in 1397 by two people in the 15th district of Kabul. After the kidnappers failed to receive money from the Mahsa family, they decided to kill the six-year-old child. Meanwhile, a number of citizens, as well as the Mahsa family urges from the court, and as well as the government, to condemn the perpetrators of the murder.
