Britain sent 490 new military men to Afghanistan
British media have reported that the countries defense ministry has sent 490 freshmen to Afghanistan to fight Taliban and ISIS terrorist groups. British media Mirror reported that these new soldiers, along with 650 former British soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, will train Afghan security forces in training, counseling and fighting armed insurgents.
“ISIS and the Taliban are a danger that must be addressed, and for tackling this threat Special Forces and operations should be used instead of a full military conflict,” the media quoted a British security source. This is while Britain has already announced that it will increase its troop numbers in Afghanistan.
