Colombia will use their experience for Afghanistan peace
NATO calls on Colombia’s cooperation to end the war in Afghanistan. NATO’s Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at a media conference in Brussels said: “Colombia’s experience can help the peace process in Afghanistan; NATO’s partners including Colombia are committed to assisting each other and we are backing Columbia as well”. Meanwhile, NATO wants Colombia to share its experience to end the war in Afghanistan.
From the other hand, US Forces Commander Gen. John Nicholson compared the current situation of Afghanistan with Colombia’s war.
The Columbian President Juan Manuel Santos Also said: “Our country is ready to cooperate with countries which need assistance in Afghanistan”
