Dawoodzai trip to Germany and India for gaining global consensus on the country’s peace process

Sayed Ghafor Jawaid, Spokesman for the Afghan High Peace Council, said that Mohammad Omar Dawoodzai, the Special Representative of the President for Regional Consensus and the head of the High Peace Council secretariat, had begun his trip to Germany this morning and it is expected that soon he will meet with the German government officials and discuses issue on the Afghanistan peace process. Mr. Jawaid has said: it is expected that Mr. Dawoodzai will meet with senior government officials of Germany and he will brief them on peace process progress with comprehensive information.
Mr. Jawaid has also stated that after the meeting of Mr. Dawoodzai with the German government officials, he is scheduled to be in India on a pre-determined visit. It is also said that at this meeting, the head of the Afghan High Peace Council Secretariat, in addition to meeting with Minister Sushma Swaraj the Indian State secretary he will also meet with other Indian officials and discuss the peace process progress in the country.
