Destruction of two alcoholic factories in Balkh and Faryab

The Ministry of Interior has announced that police forces have been able to destroy at least two factories for the production of alcoholic beverages in Balkh and Faryab and seized at least 4,000 liters of alcoholic beverages from these factories. The MoI newsletter also states that in the first operation, the police have been able to uncover and destroy an alcoholic production and processing plant in the ninth district of Mazar-e-Sharif.
In addition, the newsletter reports that during the second operation, an alcoholic beverage factory was destroyed in the valley village of Pashtun Kot Faryab district. Meanwhile, it is said that the factory had received 4,000 liters of alcoholic beverages with four wineries, and in the second operation, the Counter Narcotics Police have seized 144 liters of alcoholic beverages with a winemaker.
