Dozens of IEC staff members, by launching a massive protest against this institution, claim that the Commissions have suspended their salary for 3 months and 480 employees of this department are subject to dismiss from their positions, as they were working in Data Entry and “Registration” section of IEC. Protesters claim that, although presidential election is on its way, they have been relieved of their duties for specific reasons for the relocation of government officials and electoral commissions close people who will be deployed instead of them.
These protesters also claim that they will make their protests wider if the government does not meet their legitimate demands and do not resolve their problem at a given time. Although the protesters accused the electoral commission of leading the coalition in this institution, we were not able to overcome the efforts of the commission. The protest is being held in the run-up to the presidential elections this year.
