Election Commission: A number of biometric devices have disappeared

The IEC announced that a number of biometric devices and printers that were used on the day of the “sixth” presidential election had disappeared from some polling stations.
Election commission officials said in a news conference today that the exact number of biometric devices has not been revealed yet.
Meanwhile, the IEC announced that sensitive election materials had been transferred from 34 provinces to the IEC headquarters.
According to them, the process of returning sensitive electoral materials from provincial centers to the IEC center has been completed, including safeguards and biometric equipment, which will be sent to the National Records Center in the presence of national and international observers and witnesses.
