The Ministry of Education has published a newsletter on its Facebook page that no one in Afghanistan’s schools has the right to scrub or scissors the student’s hair at schools. Dr. Mirwais Balkhi, the country’s education minister, said that scissors and scratching the students’ hear are inaccurate way to form disciple in schools and such issue will cause mental and psychological harm all school students which are the destiny of Afghanistan.
This decision is taken as it is now that in most schools of the country students are forced to cut their hair and if they do not do such act than they would be harassed by school authorities and most of their hair is shaved or scissors. Now the Ministry of Education warns that after this, if such a deal with school students will result in a legal crash.
