Ghani: In the next five months, waters of southern Provinces will be managed

Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, said: “Over the next five months, there will be a lot of attention to water management in the country, and in particular, the Southwest’s water management would be our priority.”
Mr. Ghani has said this issue during a meeting with the representatives of the people of Herat who was a part of the Peace Consultative Loya Jirga this morning that you are peace ambassadors and send this message to Herat province. Mr. Ghani added: “Work on projects is ongoing, but these projects have not been completed due to contract monopolies and corruption, but if such a situation continues, contracts will be canceled.”
He also told all Herat businessmen that support for their industrial and productive work is at the top priorities of the national unity government work program.
