Ghani’s early visit to Pakistan to revitalize relations

President Ghani is scheduled to travel to Pakistan on the upcoming months. President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani emphasized in his Eid speech that the decision to travel to Pakistan was taken after meeting with Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan. Mr. Ghani continues to emphasize that Islamabad, although has been shown goodwill to improve its relations with Kabul, instead of the official ceremonies, the country should enter into dialogue with the Afghan government strictly. Mr. Ghani also emphasizes that at this moment, we should not be disappointed with the talks with Pakistan, and we cannot be hopeful from these talks until the meetings with Islamabad to have the hope of not joining the program with the program.
President Ghani is emphasizing on an official trip to Pakistan in time while the president stresses that relations between Kabul and Islamabad are currently tense and that the two countries are experiencing a darker relationship. In addition, at the moment, Pakistani fighters are fighting with the Taliban against Afghan security forces, which at least dozens of Pakistani fighters have been killed in a battle with Afghan security forces in the recent days in battlefields of the country.
