Hekmatyar: Some embassies are calling for widespread fraudulent elections
The leader of the Hezb-e-Islami, in a meeting with the tribal elders of Qarabagh district of Kabul, emphasized on holding transparent and fair elections. Gulbudin Hekmatyar says: “Some circles in the system and some embassies want to hold elections like the past, they want to separate Afghan people and this battle continues, so once again John Kerry will clarify the fate of the election.” He added, “They do not want a strong parliament, not a powerful central government, nor strong nationalist parties that unite Afghans in Afghanistan.”
Hekmatyar emphasizes that he will prevent fraud in the upcoming elections and will continue to fight against corruption. The Hezb-e- Islami leader also called on all his supporters to prepare for the upcoming elections, and they should have a representative in the parliament, having obtained their identity card and registration.
Hekmatyar claims that this elections would be full of interfering in raids and embassies, election observing institutions had already been warned, the election will also be held with widespread fraud.
