John Bass: Cricket aspects can’t be apply in diplomacy

While Pakistan Cricketer Turned politician Emran Khan and currently the PM of Pakistan stated that Interim government in Afghanistan would be the only solution for a political settlement with Taliban to end 18 years longest war of US history. Now US ambassador to Kabul, John S. Bass has stated in his Twitter page: “Some aspects of cricket apply well in diplomacy, some do not. Emran Khan, important to resist temptation to ball-tamper with the Afghanistan peace process and its internal affairs.”
While this issue has intend focus of Amrullah Saleh the first vice president of President Ghani electoral ticket and he has highlighted the issue of forming an interim government in Afghanistan while retweeting Ambassador Bass tweet: “Thanks Ambassador of US in Kabul. Afghanistan is too heavy of a ball for him or his country to tamper anyway. In the meantime we still await Mohammad Haneef Atmar campaign (asking for caretaker government) to explain the collusion with PM Khan. Co-incidence is a commodity for fools only.”
The recent statement of Emran khan has angered Afghan government which ended with the summon of Pakistan Deputy Ambassador to clarify the recent statements of man in charge of Pakistan government.
