Khaled: Securing highways are the priority of Defense Ministry

The acting head of National Defense Ministry, who traveled to Zabul province a day ago to examine the situation in the province, emphasizes that securing the highways of the country, especially the highway connecting the south to the center, is one of the priorities of the Afghan National Army. “Securing the highways in the country is one of the key priorities of the security organs, especially the Afghan National Army, and we will not hesitate to do any work to secure the highways of the country,” said Asadullah Khaled acting head of the defense ministry.
While Khalid traveled to Zabul province to check the security situation in the province, the Taliban are planning to launch attacks on the highways cut off the route by launching its attacks on the country’s highways, especially the southern highway, and their goal is to seize several provinces in the southern zone of Afghanistan.
