Khalid Security Plan was approved to suppress terrorists in 1398

The National Security Council (NSC) announced the approval of a Khalid Security Plan to repress the Taliban and other terrorist groups by issuing a newsletter. According to the newsletter, this military plan has been approved by president Ghani at the Senior Security meeting and all government officials discussed how to conduct military operations across the country to eliminate Taliban and other insurgent groups.
The National Security Council argued that the plan is approved by Afghan officials and it is aimed to improve security situation throughout the country, especially cities, highways, enemy repression, the areas which are on high alert and those areas are under threat, election security measures, preventing civilian casualties and redeploying forces properly. The plan is being approved by President Ghani and senior security officials, who have already increased their movements in the most vulnerable provinces of the country. In addition, the Afghan Air Force has expanded its air strikes to suppress the Taliban and eliminate their nests in support of US forces.
