Khalili: Afghanistan is one of the victims of extremism

The head of the country’s High Peace Council at Seoul International Forum 2019 said that Afghanistan is one of the main victims of extremism in the world and sacrifices every day, Mr. Khalili said that the world now needs real peace. “Our country is one of the victims of extremism in Afghanistan, he said. We have paid a lot of expenses every day that do not fundamentally target of war. The attack on the houses of worship and the killing of worshiping people, blasting hospitals and scourging patients, destroying public facilities and brutally killing children and women have been one of the events that have taken place in the wake of wars.”
Mr. Khalili also added: “Our people have the wish that the countries of the world are not indifferent to such incidents and think in coordination with each other. One of the basic ways, as mentioned, is that the countries of the world will unify and coordinate their capacities and abilities to eliminate the factors of war and establish a lasting peace, harmony, and unity. ”
This summit comes in a time that Taliban held a meeting two days ago and the group called for an immediate end to the presence of US troops in the country.
