Ghour governor has claimed that in the latest case one of the causes of the fall of at least 100 villages in the province into Taliban hand is the disagreements, co-mingling and fostering of the Taliban by some tribal elders in the province. Ghulam Nasser Khazay said that the fall of the northwest areas of Feroz-
Koh was due to the same issues. He urged the local elders of Ghour not to place the snake in their sleeves and not support the Taliban.

Meanwhile, Mr. Khazay says that the Special Forces and commandos are now entering the province to recapture the lost villages with all the facilities, and Ghour citizens will soon be witnessing positive security changes. He reaffirms that he will not hesitate to seek security in this province.
