Love is good for heart health

It does not matter who you like, your father, mother, wife, sister, brother or lover. Loving and caring is effective and distresses the body, especially it effects on the health of the heart. Research has shown that people who love someone, their body produce a lot of hormones that make these hormones healthy throughout the body.
By seeing loved ones close to the heart or emotion, hormones such as dopamine, adrenaline and norepinephrine are produced in the body, resulting in severe heart rate.
