The Ministry of Education has announced a delegation has been appointed to address the case of beating a student in Mazar-e Sharif. On the basis of the newsletter: “The Balkh Education Directorate has been responsible for examining the claim of beating a student from the school’s office, Abu Raihan al-Birouni. All aspects of this incident (beating of this student) are to be considered by the delegation and, in the light of the findings of this board, all the next steps are to be taken. ”

The Ministry of Education newsletter says that according to the law of education, violence and the threating of students does not have the foundation in the education system and that this ministry is seriously tackling violence cases against students. The MoE also urged teachers around the country to deal with students and prevent students from beating and threatening. In addition, the ministry also calls on parents to actively participate in parenting meetings with their school children, their parent (s), and how to approach and teach teachers at the school. ”
