The Ministry of Public Health reported the killed of 3300 civilians by releasing a report in the next 12 months, 3,300 civilians killed and 14,600 were injured, the agency said. The Ministry of Public Health says we have a system for collecting data, when they verified are we will collect it. Helmand, Kunar, Baghlan, Kunduz, Nangarhar provinces had the highest civilian casualties, and Balkh, Bamyan, Paktia had the lowest civilian casualties, according to the report. Over the past 12 months, 460 people have been killed in suicide attacks and 1,200 others have been injured, the report said.

“We are working to eliminate enemies in their nests and prevent civilian casualties,” the MoD said in a statement.
