Ministry of Interior: we have provided 200 armored vests for journalists’ immunity

Although the Taliban have threatened to attack polling stations on the day of the presidential election, security officials have assured that they will prevent any Taliban movement, the Interior Ministry recently have said in a statement that for the sake of securing the lives of reporters, the have temporarily transferred 200 armored vests to the NAI supporting Afghanistan free media to use it in the event of any security challenges.
Afghanistan is currently witnessing its most sensitive political and historic milestone, with the armed opposition threatening to disrupt the elections on the one hand, and the government committed to holding the process safe in any cost, but now that the elections which would took place tomorrow will prove the commitments of all parties in security Afghanistan.
