Misusing from social networks, foreign affairs ministry staff would be punished

The Foreign Ministry’s political deputy secretary has posted a message on Twitter that after this the will punish those MOFA staff members of the ministry who publish on their personal pages social networking sites that violate policy. Mohammed Idris Zamani has written: “To regulate, personal use of social networks, the Foreign Ministry of Afghanistan has devised guidelines for the use of social networks. Those who do not know the basic principles of professional communication will be punished later on. ”
This is when a number of social networking users see the State Department’s move contrary to the principles and freedom of expression.
