Moscow Trilateral Meeting: Peace talks between Taliban and Afghan government should resume

A day ago, US, Russian and Chinese delegates in Moscow launched a Trilateral meeting to examine the situation in Afghanistan. The meeting ended with the publication of the resolution and the three parties agreed on the following issues. On the basis of the resolution of the Trilateral Meeting: “The three sides honored the independence of Afghanistan and praised all the decisions of its citizens. The three sides also reaffirm the decision that will shape the future of Afghanistan’s development. In addition, Russia, the United States and China have highlighted the Afghan citizens’ efforts to achieve peace. ”
In the resolution of the Moscow Trilateral meeting, it has also been highlighted: “The three sides support the Afghan-led peace process and support the Afghan people and re-energize the Taliban to support the peaceful demands of Afghanistan. At the meeting, the three sides agreed to force the Taliban to accept the massive presence of Afghan citizens accused of government in Qatar, so that the second round of talks between peacekeepers could be restored. ”
The meeting will be held in Moscow, which is scheduled to host a consultative Loya Jirga summit with up to 3,000 delegates from all over the country for the next three days.
