The National Directorate of Security has published a newsletter that in past 24 hours, at least 59 ISIL and Talib insurgents were killed. The newsletter says that in last 24 hours, National Security Forces has launched 8 special operations. In addition, there are 5 air operations and 11 joint operations to crash terrorists. According to newsletter, 57 Talib members were killed, 32 were wounded and 6 others were arrested during this period. In addition, 2 ISIL militants have been killed in subsequent operations.
According to the National Directorate of Security Newsletter: During this period, 1 person was detained as a member of the Haqqani Network. In addition, the National Security Forces has been able to arrest 1 kidnapper. National Security Forces has also been able to acquire 5 weapons, 15 mines, 100 counterfeit identities and 2 plate numbers. According to reports, operations were carried out in Badakhshan, Baghlan, Faryab, Herat, Farah, Nimroz, Helmand, Ghazni, Paktia, Khost, Nangarhar, Kunar and Kabul provinces. During these operations 1 ISIL headquarters, 1 armored tank, 2 Humvee vehicles, 5 weapons 12 drug shops, 8 drug-filled vehicles, 4 truckloads of Rackham stone, 6 vehicles and 4 motorcycles were destroyed. In addition, National Security Forces has been able to arrest 13 suspects.
