American helicopters replaced with Russian helicopters, this is while in the past four years, nearly 15 national security forces helicopters have fallen due to technical problems or have lost in the battle.

This action will take place as a US observer agency expresses concern over the capacity of the Afghan Air Force, and giving this black hawks to afghan air forces is a very good action.

John Sopko, US General Inspector for the Reconstruction of Afghanistan, told the media:  Afghan Air Force does not have enough pilots to fly these helicopters also they do not have enough engineers to keep these equipments.

Reuters has also reported that 159 UH-60s, helicopters which are scheduled to be supplied to Afghan forces by 2023, that 16 helicopters has already given to the Afghan forces.
