NUG government: Taliban offensive operation is due to the influence of foreigners on Afghan citizens

The presidential palace, react on Taliban offensive operation by stating a newsletter, the presidential palace has stated that the Taliban fight was not being launched in response to the Khalid operation of the security forces, but the group is being ordered from outside of Afghanistan. The newsletter continues: “The announcement of Taliban spring operations showed that the group did not want peace, but wants to extend their battle in the country. The Afghan government wants Taliban fighters who do not want to fight this battle to stop fighting and join the government. In addition, a number of Taliban elders who oppose the trend should raise their voices in this regard. ”
The presidential palace has also said that the Taliban fight is meant to shed the blood of Afghan citizens, and has once again been ordered by the country’s security forces to suppress the Taliban. According to the newsletter: “While the Afghan government has overcome all the Taliban’s barriers and pretexts, the Taliban’s spring operations show that they want a battle. From this, all security forces in the country are called upon to take their former efforts to defend the territorial integrity and the individual citizens of Afghanistan.”
The newsletter comes as the Taliban announced on the first day of their spring operations under the name of al-Fath that the group’s fighters have launched 93 military attacks in more than 10 provinces of the country. In addition, Zabihullah Mujahid claimed that at least 200 Afghan soldiers were killed and wounded in a group operation of the group’s fighters in Sherzad district of Nangarhar.
