Mr. Qureshi added that he intends to take serious action to get Indonesia and Poland support at the Security Council to resolve the Kashmir issue. The issue of Kashmir has become tense for India and Pakistan after months Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi seized power for a second term, deciding to regain the autonomy of the people of Kashmir.
India is said to have repealed Article 370 of the country’s constitution, which had been enacted since the independence of India in 1947 from the Jammu Kashmir state, which has raised tensions in the region. India has completely quarantined all Jammu and Kashmir in terms of information and human resources, in addition to the Jammu and Kashmir Internet and mobile phones are also off in the region.
