Pompeo: America is not looking for war against Iran

After the Iran regime announced a series of tensions and threatening statements last week against the United States, the US state secretary now says that Washington is never looking to fight with iron. “The response of United States, its partners and allies has always been clear, we are not looking for a war, but the forty-year history of Iran’s is shown that they are always occupied with killing of US troops, attacks on facilities and hostage-taking of our citizens,” Mike Pompeo said in response to threatening and tense statements by Iran. “Such acts of Iran have always reminded us that we must defend our resources and citizens against such activates of Islamic Regime.”
“As President Trump said yesterday, I’m looking forward to seeing a day which will come that the US will come to an agreement with the Iranian authorities, in order to bring Iran to its proper future, no one will be able to do anything about it,” Mike Pompeo said in a statement. The species will not hesitate to try. “Meanwhile, Donald Trump accused Secretary of State John Kerry of cooperating with the Iranian regime a day ago.
