Rahimi: Taliban attack over the district of Maidan-Wardag, Daimeerdad district was pushed back
Government officials have announced that the Taliban militants attack Daimeerdad district of Maidan- Wardag province was set back by Afghan security and defense forces, and Taliban insurgents have suffered heavy losses during this clash. Interior ministry deputy spokesperson has claimed that as a result of the security forces strength and air strikes, 70 Taliban insurgents terrorists were killed and 35 others wounded,
Interior Ministry spokesman Nusrat Ruhmi told media: Meanwhile, in the clashes, ten security forces including security commander of Daimeerdad district were killed in the battle that started last night. But the Taliban has not yet said anything about these claims of the interior ministry in Kabul.
