According to Reports, in the most recent case, ISIS fighters are trying to build their population in eastern Afghanistan. A number of sources in the security ranks in the east of the country have stated that ISIS fighters are now struggling to recruit new fighters in their ranks by recruiting among the unemployed youth in Nangarhar. These sources emphasize that they will pay 500 dollars each person to join the ISIL group, which has raised concerns among citizens in Nangarhar.
The report is being released as part of the pre-release reports of the presence of ISIS leadership in Afghanistan. In addition, some Iraqi sources said that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is also in one of the eastern regions of the country.
